Seafood Savvy will provide students
with the latest information about eyeing and buying
and preparing fish and shellfish. We will cover the
role of seafood in the diet along with all the latest
information about the risk, and benefits of eating seafood.
New preparation techniques along with some past favorites
will be presented. Additional fee of $6.00 to cover
supplies. Class limited to 25 students.

INDIVIDUAL INVESTORS

Five-week course beginning with the
basics of stock and fixed income investments, asset
allocation, and risk tolerance. The middle of the course
focuses on money issues that arise in retirement, making
smart choices in retirement, and managing retirement
income. The final session covers estate planning and
charitable giving. Class limited to 12 students.
