BUSCHE, ROBERT M.—B.S., M.S., D.Sc. in chemical engineering from Washington University, St. Louis. Researched coal gasification at United States Bureau of Mines' Coal-to-Oil Demonstration Plant and at DuPont's Belle Works. A 33-year career followed in plastics, development and central research departments. Retired to found Bio En-Gene-Er Associates, Inc. Shares with Emma seven children and 24 grandchildren. CUCCIA, SANDRO—B.S., University of Delaware. Native-born Italian and awardwinning commercial and fine-art photographer with 21 years corporate IT experience at DuPont. Functioned as Apple support coordinator and senior technical specialist in personal computer security. Specialized in corporate training for Macintosh, Windows, and Internet users. Recently managed Internet sites for DuPont and 30+ years' experience in computing and photography. Owns a commercial digital photography and Macintosh consulting business and provides training and consulting to amateur and professional photographers. Certified by Adobe and Apple Computer. CYTRON, MARVIN—After completing his pharmacy education (St. Louis, 1955) and practicing community pharmacy, he served as a hospital pharmacist in the U. S. Air Force Alaskan Air Command. In 1959 he joined DuPont Pharmaceutical's sales and marketing divisions, retiring in 1992. Enjoys grandparenting, golf, woodworking, U. S. and European history. (J02)

CYTRON, SUSAN—A student of the first class of the St. Louis Hebrew Day School and a classmate of Marvin at the (Yeshiva) Hebrew High School of their home city. Worked as a medical supply administrator for the Air Force, and several administrative positions for DuPont in their many moves. Enjoys gourmet cooking, golf, and providing TLC to three grandsons. DAVIS, ROBERT—Graduated from Wilmington High School, attended the University of Delaware, and saw overseas service during WWII and the Korean War. Retired in 1985 after 38 years as an engineer and economist at Bell Atlantic. WILKS, ELAINE—B.A., M.S.S.W. Eighteen years as a psychiatric social worker; eighteen years as a Montessori elementary teacher. On retirement started painting with instructors at the Academy and the Delaware Art Museum. (A01)

WILKS, TED—B.S., London University; Ph.D., University of Manchester. Retired from DuPont after 33 years (12 in organic chemistry, 21 in information science). Program annotator, Lancaster Symphony Orchestra (8 years). Previous annotator, Delaware Symphony Orchestra (32 years). (C21, C23)

WILLIAMS, DEBBIE—Medical lab technician for 30 years and EMT instructor for 10 years. Interested in the outdoors, birding, art, travel, and expanding horizons through studies at the Academy. (U02)

WILLIAMS, DICK—A.B., Williams College; M.A., Ph.D., University of Pennsylvania. Began as a college history teacher; most of career spent working with historical societies and libraries. Took early retirement from Hagley Museum and Library in 1987. Has been writing memoirs and haiku at the Academy since 1994. (K07)

WILLIAMS, KAREN CLARK—B.A., Oberlin College; postgraduate studies in art history at Oberlin College. American National Red Cross recreation and social worker in military hospitals in the United States and Japan. Executive director of two Delaware agencies working with troubled children and families. Experienced participant in both Yesterday for Tomorrow class and Writers' Workshop at the Academy. (K03, K08)

WILSON, MARIAN—B.S., University of Kentucky; studied at Kentucky Wesleyan, University of Buffalo, and the University of Delaware; graduate of EFM (Education for the Ministry), School of Theology, University of the South. Medical technologist for 15 years. Science teacher for 14 years, organist/choir director, singer in Wilmington Opera Society chorus, Bible study leader, gardener, and member of Studio Group. (J05)

WORTON, JOHN—B.S., naval architecture and marine engineering, MIT; M.B.A., Harvard Business School. Retired after 40 years in engineering and management with American and Canadian shipyards. He and his wife have successfully researched their ancestral roots in the USA, the UK, Hungary, and Romania. (D02)

WUEBBELS, NANCY—B.S., secondary education mathematics, Eastern Illinois University. Former high school teacher, technical writer, programmer/analyst, and reference librarian. Interests in music, golf, tennis, computers, and bridge. (C18)

YOUNG, KAY—B.S., art education, Pennsylvania State University. Studied at Centenary College and with Hobson Pitman. Art supervisor and teacher in Pennsylvania public schools and in home studio. Community volunteer with YWCA; Red Cross; Giesinger Medical Center in Danville, PA; and elsewhere. (B19)

ZIMMERMAN, JOSEPH—Retired scientist from the DuPont Co. Cellist specializing in classical music for more than 70 years; active participant in chamber music for much of that time. Former member of the Delaware (Wilmington) Symphony; former principal cellist of the Kennett Symphony; Delaware Chamber Orchestra; and the DuPont Chamber Orchestra. (C24)
