Members
must be 50 years old, or the spouse of a member.

No,
the membership fee covers up to five courses per semester.

to five courses per semester, extracurricular, enrichment

are you located?
At
Arsht Hall on the University of Delaware's Wilmington
Campus, 2700 Pennsylvania Avenue, Wilmington 19806.
Are
there any A.L.L. courses at other locations?
The
Southern Delaware Academy
of Lifelong Learning offers courses in Lewes, Delaware.
What
are the times of classes?
Between
9:00 and 3:00 Monday through Friday.
How
long are your classes?
Typical
class length is 1 to 1 1/4 hours. A few classes have
slightly longer meeting times.
How
often do classes meet?
Once
per week.
What
if I don't get the courses I want?
You
will have an opportunity to choose other courses, or
you may request a refund of your membership fee before
classes begin.
What
are the beginning and ending dates of your semester?
The
spring semester is from February to May; fall semester
from September to December.
How
do I register for Academy courses?
You
may come in person or you may mail in the membership
fee with the form included in the Academy catalog each
semester. Registration dates are included in the catalog.

May
I take University of Delaware courses as an Academy
member?
You
may audit one UD credit course per semester (a small
registration fee applies) on a space-available basis.
You may take UD noncredit courses, including hands-on
computer courses, at a discounted rate, on a space-available
basis.
